HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?

IS THE PRICE SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE PER PERSON?

The price is per room and per night. When booking, the number of occupants is usually requested. Specify it will allow you to book with the "right" rate

WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN TIME?

Check-in starts at 3.30 pm and ends at 9.00 pm. For special needs, it is preferable to indicate the arrival time at the time of booking

WILL I RECEIVE A BUNCH OF ROOM KEYS AND THE B & B'S FRONT DOOR AT CHECK-IN?

The delivery of the keys takes place immediately after registering the guest.

WHAT KIND OF BREAKFAST IS SERVED IN THE B&B?

Normally it is a sweet continental breakfast consisting of coffee, tea or coffee, croissant or croissant, butter and / or jam, bread in a box. If you have any special needs, please let us know beforehand will help us meet the most diverse needs, for example intolerances, early departures. Breakfast is served from 8.30 to 10.30.

HOW OFTEN IS THE ROOM AND THE BATHROOM CLEANED?

The rooms and bathrooms in the B & B are cleaned daily, no later than 11.00, leaving the room available for the cleaner.

IN THE B&B THERE ARE TOWELS AND SHEETS?

Yes, they are always present together with a courtesy kit (soap and shampoo).

IS THERE A SET TIME FOR THE RETURN TO THE B & B IN THE EVENING?

No, the time is free, the guest will have total autonomy. Take care to ensure adequate rest for other guests.

CAN I BRING ANIMALS?

On request small dogs can be accepted with a supplement of € 5.00 per day and a final contribution of € 20.00 for disinfection.

WHAT IS THE CHECK-OUT TIME?

Check-out must be done before h. 10:00. You can still ask to be able to leave your luggage for free and collect it later in the day. An agreement in this sense must always be taken directly and in advance.

IF MY DEPARTURE IS SCHEDULED FOR THE AFTERNOON OR EVENING, IS IT POSSIBLE TO STAY IN THE B & B / APARTMENT OR LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE?

These are agreements that must be made directly with the landlord. We advise guests to inform the owner, upon arrival, their needs. Unless there are other concurrent reservations, the B & B La Villetta will do its best to meet them.
